Loopring (LRC) History and Overview
Loopring crypto is a software which aims to create a global network of users to operate a platform where users can create new types of crypto asset exchanges. Running on Ethereum, it is one of many emerging decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Decentralized exchanges built on Ethereum are subject to slow speeds and high costs, but Loopring claims that exchanges built on top of the protocol will be able to work around these issues. Loopring uses a new type of cryptography, called zero-knowledge rollups (zkRollups), offering faster settlements for traders, as zkRollups enable Loopring exchanges to complete key computations off of the Ethereum blockchain.
The Loopring coin, LRC, is essential for the protocol, as anyone who wants to operate an exchange on Loopring must lock up 250,00LRC or more, functioning as proofs. LRC can also be staked.

Looks like we are moving up even more! Very strong uptrend this month.
Very happy to see this after all the blood the past year.
Not anywhere near where I want to be, small steps. Good to see many of our projects like $ATOM $NEAR $LRC $SKL and $MATIC perform very well indeed.

Basic rebalance to take $LRC profits, Loopring is up over 40% since last rebalance.
No changes in structure.

CARUS-AR will no longer:
Day-trade
- Try to 'catch' waves up or own
- Protecting against corrections or crashes (this is the biggest change in strategy)
CARUS-AR will continue to:
- Focus on holding solid assets
- Do research & duedillegence for all holdings
- Add or remove holdings based on research and data
- Re-balance the strategy when holdings out- or underperform (sell some gains in token X to buy other holdings with it)
- Slowly add to a USD position during bullish times, to be used to buy larger corrections

No more Bitcoin...
Made a significant change in our strategy, have chosen to remove $BTC as I do no longer consider Bitcoin having the innovation, technical potential or support from mainstream that it once had.
The future of Blockchain is (in my view) about: innovation, creative technical solutions, staking, DeFi, digital ownership, gaming, shared and flexible security models.
BTC is simply not the platform where I see the most creative, innovative and profitable Crypto projects happen...
Yes I think Bitcoin has it's place as a digital Store of Value, perhaps digital gold, but this use case is not very exciting to me and I do not think it is where the largest potential lies for investors.
Focus of CARUS-AR: Blockchain projects with fast development, creative solutions and growing ecosystems. This means $ATOM $ETH $NEAR $DOT $LRC $MATIC and $SKL at this time.

Btw, not criticizing your trades past couple of months. However the btc dominance is low atm and maybe it can suprise us all in the future.
As an EU citizen, I really would like to live in a crypto world, however the euro is clearly failing. Fix the money fix the world.
@structure I could not dissagree more on both 'fiat collapsing' and 'crypto being about storing work energy'... Probably don't follow CARUS-AR if you feel that way.

Removed $AVAX from our portfolio. After looking into the current scandal and legal issues looming with this project I don't think the risk is worth it and better investments can be found.
Instead of the L1 project AVAX CARUS-AR will invest in Ethereum scaling solutions. Adding 4% $MATIC, 3% $SKL and 3% $LRC.
With the move for ETH to POS, more focus will go to it's technical possibilities and likely scaling solutions.
