 Crypto Market Bleeds: SOL Crashes 11.9%, ETH Stands Strong!

The crypto market is experiencing heavy sell-offs, with $SOL leading the losers, down 11.9%. Major altcoins like $XRP (-6.51%), $DOGE (-9.23%), and $LINK (-7.13%) are also struggling, reflecting broad bearish sentiment. $BTC has dropped to $95.5K (-1.56%), showing weakness below key resistance, but ETH is holding up well, gaining 4.13%. Some bright spots include $LEO (+2.05%), and $DOT (+0.89%), but overall, most assets are in the red. The bloodbath follows the recent Bybit $1.5B hack and growing uncertainty around macroeconomic factors. With BTC failing to hold above $98K and SOL making lower lows, caution is advised. A continued breakdown could push the market into deeper corrections, especially if BTC loses $93K support.

We don't rebalance often but we think the sideways chopping will soon end for $BTC and that might end the downspiral in the altcoinmarkets as well.

We added $PEPE and $ONDO.

Memecoins always perform well in bullmarkets and they are great diversifiers. They move fast and they move when others don't move. We have no intention to keep $PEPE as a long term holding. But it is a contrarian play.

At the same time we lowered our $SOL position as it looks weaker than in the previous bullmarket. We increased our allocation to $XRP as it seems to become the king of this bullmarket. $AAVE and $ONDO are our favourite defi-plays.

We still believe in $INJ and $LINK proved to be a great diversifier for a long long time.

First of all, we are big believers of $RUNE. It is a great project.

Nevertheless we decided to liquidate our position on this bounce.

It lost trust and when we invest in altcoins, we need to pick alts with a strong relative performance.

Projects like $AAVE and $XRP didn't perform very well in the 2021 bull but they are clear outperformers right now.

$RUNE and $INJ were the cryptostars of 2021 but now they look weaker. The same is true for $ETH , but we consider it a long term buy and hold.

We added the proceeds to $BONK, $ETH , $LINK, $INJ and $SOL.

Chainlink's chief scientist has mentioned $ROSE 16 times in this research paper.

TEE (trusted execution environments) have potencial to revolutionise finance, DeFi & crypto in same way we've seen exponential growth with rise of smart contracts on $ETH.

Current market conditions are very weird. Memecoin frenzy has blinded everyone and fundamentaly strong projects are lagging. I'll dive deep into predictions & analysis of market structure in my next post.

But something is certain, these dips are for accumulating fundamentaly strong projects.

$ROSE remains my #1 highest conviction as I believe if all things connect together we might get to see a rally same like $ETH did in 2017.

Oasis has also published roadmap for 2025 and AI agents are comming.

Chainlink wants to tokenise traditional finance. They know they need optional privacy and $ROSE is building in offering infrastructure layers for this. TEE plays key role in RWA to become a reality. AI agents also require optional privacy. Oasis is not an AI project but a project that offers infrastructure for AI, RWA & new privacy enabled smart contracts. Just what institutions require.
