After waiting for almost 1000 days we are happy to announce that we will be investing in $RLC for the first time.

$RLC is still undervalued.

Why do we will use technical analysis in this position? 

The reason is that it is a very good asset and we have been watching it for a long time, but its market cap is less than $500 million so we waited for it to buy at the lowest possible prices near the historical bottom to avoid unnecessary risks and we have been waiting for that opportunity for a long time. 

(Now we see it as a good project at a good price and near the final stages of the start of the season so we will take a little risk on it)

We don't bet on anything for no reason, the project has very strong partnerships and is rated undervalued in our system but has a low market cap.

We will build a good position for it in the coming weeks.

So we will make its weight 2% until it is greater than 500 million and then apply the optimal weight to it.
